TM Induction Heating Bearing Fitting Tool Set
The TM Fitting Tool provides for safe, precise, and quick mechanical mounting of bearings, bushings, seal rings, and pulleys. This set may be used to fit over 230 kinds of bearings with a bore of 10 to 50mm.
The set consists of three aluminum impact sleeves, 22 synthetic impact resistant collett, and a dead blow hammer, all packaged in a robust plastic carrying case.
Bearings must be supported on the inner AND outer rings to avoid unnecessary damage. Metal to metal contact is avoided through the use of impact resistant synthetic collets. The TM Collets ensure mounting forces are not transmitted through the balls or rollers.
