Custom and Standard Stainless Steel Pre-Cut Shims
Reliability Direct Inc. offers high quality pre-cut slotted Stainless Steel shims from Accushim and SKF for machinery alignment. All Shims are clearly marked for identification of size. Both English and metric version shims are available. Our pre-cut stainless steel slotted shims are used for machinery alignment during machine installation and alignment servicing. RDI offers complete shim kits, installer shim kits, service shim kits and replacement shim packs. Our shims are offered in Industry Standard sizes ranging from “AA” (1.50”x1.50”) through “H” 8”x8”.     ALO-001-A .001 304SS pre-cut Shim 20/Pk ALO-001-A .001 304SS pre-cut Shim 20/Pk

    Size A .001 thick 2"x2" with tab for up to 1/2" bolt diameter in a pack of 20 individual shims. May be used as a replacement pack for ALOMA shim kits. Accurate shim thickness without measuring with a micrometer. ALOMA holds the closest tolerances in the industry for both thickness and flatness. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel for added corrosion resistance. ALOMA slot sizes are 1/16" oversize to provide proper bolt clearance. All shims are permanently etched in inches and millimeters. Markings will not rub off. "Trailor Hitch" tab design provides safe handling. Tying packs for re-use is a snap. Eliminates shim stock material waste and reduces alignment labor.
