Reliability Direct Inc. offers a variety of 2-wire, loop powered Vibration Transmitters with models providing single parameter reading (vibration velocity) and dual parameter (vibration velocity and temperature). Each model provides a buffered output for interface to either a portable instrument such as a vibration analyzer/data collector or for permanent online monitoring by interfacing to a PLC or DCS for trending and alarming. Standard units are approved for Class 1 Division 2 environments and certified by CSA and UL. These transmitters may be installed in a Class 1 Division 1 environment by using an appropriately rated XP Conduit Head.

The CMCP422VT-M12 Series are loop powered 4-20mA output sensors which are capable of interfacing directly to an analog input card on a PLC or DCS system. The 4-20mA output is proportional to the full scale range in terms of Velocity and are capable of transmitting signals over a long distance without signal loss. The M12 connector option allows the sensor to work with a separate cable assembly such as the CMCP605M series cables.
